Qualifications

• Team-based production experience.
• Ability to switch between tasks and equipment.
• Ability to follow instructions while maintaining quality and pace.
• Basic math, reasoning, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read gauges, temperature indicators, and alarms.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload parts for pouring and support pre-casting and post-casting activities.
• Operate equipment to prepare propellers for the next production stage.
• Read and follow work instructions, daily schedules, and required paperwork accurately.
• Inspect parts for anomalies and escalate items that require quality review.
• Rotate across assigned processes and complete work area housekeeping tasks, including 5S responsibilities.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow all safety procedures consistently.
