Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders, advisors and key stakeholders to execute business development across six wealth strategies, focusing on client acquisition and measurable outcomes.
• Lead disciplined lead generation from client events, sponsorships, and advisor engagement with timely follow-ups by bankers.
• Coordinate client and prospect engagement with advisors and market managers to identify opportunities and advance relationships.
• Manage national multi-market sponsorships and partnerships, including contract reviews with Legal and Procurement and external partner relationships.
• Maximize BD value of sponsorships by coordinating client participation and evaluating ROI.
• Establish consistent processes for BD opportunities across six strategies, maintaining pipeline visibility and reporting.
• Collaborate with US Private Bank and other lines of business to coordinate client engagement and cross-business referrals.
