Plug Technologies Inc in Sawtelle, Los Angeles, CA is seeking a senior strategic analyst to take theCEO's most important questions and return analysis, recommendations, and an actionable plan to execute. This is an analytical role first, not administrative.

You'll own business analysis, CEO strategic projects, new opportunities, market intelligence, and the narrative behind board and investor materials, working directly with the Founder & CEO and leadership team.

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years in a role where your analysis drove real decisions: management consulting, investment banking, PE/VC, strategic finance, corporate strategy, founder's associate, or a high-ownership analytical role at a startup.
• Structured problem solving and the ability to form a point of view with incomplete information.
• Comfort with data and a track record using data to inform decisions.
• Excellent written communication and ability to turn complex insights into clear narratives.
• Strong Excel modeling skills.
• High ownership and follow-through on high-priority initiatives.
• Constructive challenge and comfortable working with senior executives.
• Real AI usage to research, model, or write.

Responsibilities

• Business analysis and recommendations.
• CEO strategic projects from definition to decision and execution.
• Size markets, evaluate new products, segments, and partnerships with a business case.
• Market and competitive intelligence distilled into implications for Plug.
• Board, investor, and fundraising materials—clear, defensible narratives.
• AI-native execution to speed research, analysis, and drafting.
• Drive CEO priorities to completion and assign clear owners.
• Continuous improvement by removing friction in decision-making and workflows.
