Plug is an automotive fintech startup seeking a highly analytical leader to work directly with the Founder & CEO from our Sawtelle, Los Angeles office. The role focuses on solving the company’s most important open questions, delivering data-driven recommendations, and driving execution.

As a full-time, exempt position, you will own high-impact projects, size new opportunities, and develop compelling business cases.

Qualifications

• Analytical mindset to tackle high-impact questions.
• Not an administrative Chief of Staff, EA, or PMO role.
• Ability to structure loosely defined problems and drive to decision.

Responsibilities

• Own the CEO's most important analytical questions: market, growth, pricing, and unit economics.
• Structure problems, pull data, form a point of view, and drive to a decision and execution.
• Lead cross-functional projects end to end with clear ownership.
• Build business cases for new opportunities and partnerships.
• Prepare materials for board, investors, and fundraising with a defensible narrative.
