Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product management, commercialization, marketing, strategy, project management, consulting, or related field.
• Ability to translate complex products into client-centric messaging and sales enablement materials.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills using data to inform decisions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience building collaborative relationships across cross-functional teams.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to execution.

Responsibilities

• Support go-to-market strategies for Fraud products, packaged solutions, and new launches.
• Develop positioning, value propositions, and messaging for client benefits and differentiation.
• Create and maintain sales enablement materials, collateral, training content, and commercialization toolkits.
• Analyze market trends, competition, client feedback, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
• Partner with Product, Sales, Marketing, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Technology teams to support initiatives.
• Gather voice-of-customer insights to refine segmentation, buyer personas, and sales strategies.
• Support pricing, performance, and adoption analyses for business results and multi-product packaging.
• Coordinate launch readiness activities including stakeholder communications and enablement.
• Ensure materials comply with regulatory, risk, and control requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve commercialization processes and governance.
