Job summary

Materion Corporation is seeking a Manager of Strategy and Execution who will partner with senior leadership to translate priorities into actionable plans, drive disciplined execution, and monitor performance across the Performance Materials business unit.

Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, the role will develop KPIs, dashboards and communications for the C-suite, lead large-scale strategic projects, and support M&A and strategic partnerships to enable growth and value creation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, materials science, business, or related field required.
• MBA preferred for advanced leadership and strategic growth responsibilities.
• Proven background in strategy planning, development, and execution across a global organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and execution for the Performance Materials business unit with senior leadership.
• Develop and implement long-term growth strategies and KPIs to drive value creation.
• Prepare board and executive communications and manage large-scale strategic projects.
