Job summary

ICON is seeking a Director of Business Development in Dallas-Fort Worth to architect expansion and position ICON’s robotics, software, and advanced materials as the premier solution for visionary developers and institutional capital.

You will own market strategy, lead high-stakes deals from visioning to contract, and collaborate with Marketing to promote ICON’s differentiated capabilities in the built environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Business Development or Real Estate Development.
• Deep understanding of Dallas-Fort Worth real estate fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Market Intelligence & Asset Strategy: identify market segments benefiting from ICON’s tech.
• Executive Pipeline & Relationship Management: build ecosystem of developers, investors, and architects.
• Deal Structuring & Project Feasibility: conduct high-level financial/technical feasibility; negotiate Design-Build contracts.
• Regulatory Diplomacy & Brand Stewardship: work with AHJs to navigate permitting and differentiate ICON.
