Job summary

Oak Medical Internal Medicine in Waukesha, WI is seeking a strategic, relationship-driven Business Development Director to lead growth across the Post-Acute and Long-Term Care landscape.

Reporting to the CEO, you will identify new opportunities, forge partnerships, and guide the BD team in turning opportunities into measurable results in Southeast Wisconsin, while collaborating with Operations, Clinical Support, and HR to drive overall performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Post-Acute and long-term care experience required.
• Proven leadership and team-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive cross-functional alignment across BD, operations, clinical support, and HR.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with prospective clients.
• Partner with the CEO to develop and execute BD strategies.
• Lead and empower the BD team to convert opportunities into revenue.
• Develop marketing resources and communications to translate messaging for the field.
• Represent the company brand and promote a positive image.
• Foster a high-performing, collaborative work environment.
