Job summary

Infoblox is seeking a Business Strategy Director to lead strategic analyses, M&A strategy, and post-merger integration within our Corporate Strategy team. You will drive executive-ready recommendations, build financial models, and partner with cross-functional leaders to realize value.

The role is remote in the United States, reporting to the Senior Director of Corporate Strategy, with a focus on delivering measurable improvements in growth, customer value, and operating efficiency while shaping

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in corporate strategy or related field.
• Experience with MBB/Big Four strategy or go-to-market advisory practice.
• Demonstrated M&A and post-merger integration experience.
• Background in enterprise software and cloud technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead structured analyses, ideation sessions, and planning workshops with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Develop executive recommendations and defensible fact bases.
• Drive M&A strategy, diligence, integration planning, and value tracking.
• Build post-merger integration plans with governance and milestones.
• Establish measurement frameworks linking initiatives to outcomes.
