Qualifications

• 10+ years of high‑performance experience in Business Development or Real Estate Development.

Responsibilities

• Market Intelligence & Asset Strategy: Identify and penetrate market segments in the Greater Houston area that benefit from ICON’s robotics speed, design freedom, and material durability.
• Executive Pipeline & Relationship Management: Build a network of developers, private equity, and architects to own the deal lifecycle from vision to contract.
• Deal Structuring & Project Feasibility: Conduct high‑level financial/technical feasibility and lead complex Design‑Build negotiations.
• Regulatory Diplomacy & Brand Stewardship: Collaborate with AHJs and Marketing to differentiate ICON as a leader in autonomous construction.
