Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field preferred but not required.
• 3+ years of experience in home health marketing.
• 1+ year of experience in marketing leadership.
• Demonstrates good communications skills, negotiation skills, and public relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct all daily marketing operations and oversee marketing initiatives.
• Negotiate service contracts to maximize third‑party reimbursement with payers.
• Support budgeting and volume projections for the marketing department.
