You will drive utilization of the continuum of care through marketing principles, while coordinating with facility leadership on strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities include market analysis, leadership of account managers, and development of growth opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in behavioral health, marketing, business administration or related field.
• 3+ years in health care business development with measurable results.
• Knowledge of psychiatric and chemical dependency treatment principles and referrals sources.
• Valid driver's license.

Aufgaben

• Strategically analyze target markets and allocate accounts to managers.
• Provide market forecasts and analyze market data.
• Lead development of profitable new business opportunities and marketing plans.
• Monitor account manager performance and assist in sales planning.
• Maintain relations with internal departments and communicate issues to leadership.
• Travel as required to meet referral sources and assess selling techniques.
• Prepare monthly marketing reports and develop corrective action plans.
• Develop quarterly strategic plans and analyze clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction data.
