You will collaborate with leadership, marketing, and operations to define pursuit strategies, build a strong sales pipeline, and win strategic opportunities.

The role requires a hunter mentality, exceptional presentation skills, and willingness to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in professional service sales or business development.
• Proven track record of prospecting new business.
• Hunter-type role with ability to build pipeline quickly.
• Team player willing to assist where needed.
• Customer-focused with strong partner relationship skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presenting skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute pursuit strategy with firm leadership.
• Map and develop opportunities, partnerships, and initiatives to grow revenue.
• Manage and grow the company-wide sales pipeline.
• Support regional leadership with public pursuits and proposal submittals.
• Develop teaming partner relationships.
• Generate leads and drive them through award.
• Position TEC capabilities to new clients through targeted messaging.
• Plan and attend industry trade shows and conferences.
