Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising, Psychology, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in brand strategy, communications planning, account planning, brand planning, product marketing, or related strategic discipline.
• Agency experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead strategic conversations with confidence.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of brand, communications, and go-to-market strategies across key client accounts.
• Partner with clients to identify growth opportunities and solve complex business challenges through strategic marketing solutions.
• Develop brand and product positionings, messaging frameworks, audience strategies, and value propositions.
• Guide strategic planning from insight development through activation, optimization, and measurement.
• Champion innovative thinking and strategic frameworks that strengthen business performance and brand relevance.
• Translate insights into compelling strategic narratives that inspire creative development and innovation.
