Job summary

GetHired, Inc. seeks a full-time exempt professional to lead fundraising, marketing, and development to increase revenue, strengthen donor relationships, and promote the organization’s mission.

This role oversees strategic planning, budgeting, grants, communications, community outreach, events, and Board development, supervising Grants Manager and senior staff. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in fundraising with major gifts and strong leadership in CRM, analytics, and digital marketing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• Five+ years of progressive experience in fundraising, marketing, and revenue development.
• Proven success with major gifts, annual giving, grants, sponsorships, and donor engagement.
• Experience with grant writing, contract management, and community outreach.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, CRM, analytics, and marketing tools.
• Excellent leadership and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual fundraising strategies, campaigns, and events.
• Identify and expand donor opportunities across various funding sources.
• Oversee grant planning, submission, and management activities.
• Lead multi-channel marketing efforts and compelling program storytelling.
• Maintain brand consistency across communications and outreach materials.
• Build and maintain relationships with donors, partners, and volunteers.
• Monitor budgets and fundraising outcomes using key metrics.
• Supervise development staff to drive a high-performing team.
• Ensure compliance with fundraising ethics and policies.
• Support Board recruitment and long-term resource development planning.
