Job summary

Kaizen Lab Inc. is seeking a full-time, exempt senior professional to lead fundraising, marketing, and development efforts to increase revenue and strengthen donor relationships. You will oversee strategic planning, budgeting, grants, communications, community outreach, events, and Board development, supervising a Grants Manager and Marketing staff.

The role emphasizes leadership, data-driven performance, and collaboration across teams to promote the organization’s mission and impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Five or more years of progressive fundraising, marketing, and revenue development experience.
• Demonstrated success with major gifts, annual giving, grants, corporate sponsorships, and donor engagement.
• Experience with grant writing, contract management, and community outreach.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, CRM systems, marketing tools, and analytics platforms.
• Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
• Commitment to accountability, measurable outcomes, and a results-driven culture.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual fundraising strategies, campaigns, and events to increase revenue.
• Identify and expand donor opportunities across individual, corporate, foundation, and government funding.
• Oversee grant planning, submission, and management activities.
• Lead multi-channel marketing efforts and develop program messaging.
• Build and maintain donor relationships; represent the organization at events.
• Supervise development staff and monitor budgets and performance.
