Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) is seeking a Senior Strategy Associate to join the Corporate Strategy team, supporting annual deliverables and a diverse set of projects led by Directors and the Head of Corporate Strategy.

You will perform qualitative and quantitative analysis, build financial models, and develop clear, pragmatic recommendations while engaging with stakeholders across the organization. The role offers exposure to strategy development in a global, multi-asset-class environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis including detailed research, testing of hypotheses and financial modelling.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving to tackle complex issues in a structured way.
• Experience in corporate strategy development including market and competitive landscape assessments and making pragmatic recommendations.
• Understanding of M&A processes and experience supporting commercial diligence of inorganic opportunities.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills, with ability to prepare executive briefings.
• Ability to build relationships with key partners and coordinate cross-LSEG expertise.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to specific elements of deliverables and investor materials.
• Support a range of strategy projects, performing qualitative and quantitative analysis, framing hypotheses, and delivering high-quality written documents and presentations.
• Conduct detailed analysis of company and market information to evaluate inorganic opportunities.
• Develop and maintain a network of relationships across LSEG on behalf of the team.
