• Experience supporting strategic projects with research, analysis, synthesis and recommendations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to structure questions and derive insights.
• Experience with market analysis, financial modeling, forecasting, KPI development, and business-case support.
• Strong written and verbal communication and storytelling skills for leadership-ready presentations.
• Solid project management and organizational skills in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Support growth workstreams connecting consumer, product, marketplace, brand, and business priorities.
• Research consumer, competitive, and marketplace trends; build fact bases and synthesize findings.
• Assist with project scoping, workplans, stakeholder coordination, and milestone tracking.
• Partner with Finance, Insights & Analytics to monitor KPIs and diagnose performance.
• Develop leadership-ready presentations, reviews, and workshop materials.
