Nike seeks a proven strategy leader to shape and guide Nike Brand Strategy for North America. You will lead strategic planning, develop growth plans, and partner with North America Brand leadership on complex business challenges.

You will independently drive cross-functional teams and align projects across the organization. Strong analytical skills, exceptional communication, and experience guiding senior stakeholders are essential.

Qualifications

• 9–10+ years of directly relevant work experience in corporate or business-unit strategy, management consulting, or related fields.
• Experience in retail or sport industry with a premier company preferred.
• MBA or similar graduate degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning processes for Nike Brand Strategy in North America.
• Develop strategic plans and provide thought partnership to senior Brand leadership.
• Independently lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple growth initiatives.
• Build and track KPIs to measure success and communicate strategies across the organization.
