Who You'll Work With

You will collaborate with Nike's North America Geography, including the North America leadership team, strategy teammates, and cross-functional partners who help shape the future of sport in North America.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a Senior Strategy Analyst who can bring structure to business questions, conduct rigorous analysis, and translate findings into clear implications. The ideal candidate is a curious and collaborative problem solver who is comfortable working through ambiguity, managing multiple priorities, and learning quickly. This person brings strong analytical skills, sound business judgment, attention to detail, and the communication skills to contribute effectively to cross-functional strategy work.

What You'll Work On
  • Support Integrated Growth Plans: Contribute to workstreams that connect consumer, product, marketplace, brand, and business priorities. Gather inputs, test hypotheses, analyze data, and help translate strategic direction into clear initiatives, milestones, and actions.
  • Analyze Future Growth Opportunities: Research consumer, competitive, and marketplace trends. Build fact bases, assess options, and synthesize findings that help project leaders and business partners evaluate future opportunities.
  • Execute Strategic Projects: Support project scoping, workplans, stakeholder coordination, and milestone tracking. Own defined analyses and deliverables, proactively surface issues, and maintain high quality from initial question through final recommendation.
  • Assess Performance and Impact: Partner with Finance, Insights & Analytics, and business teams to gather data, monitor KPIs, diagnose performance, and identify key learnings. Help develop scorecards and recommendations that focus attention on the highest-impact opportunities.
  • Build Leadership-Ready Communication: Develop clear presentations, business reviews, and workshop materials. Distill complex quantitative and qualitative information into concise insights, implications, and decision points.
  • Contribute to Team Capability: Apply and improve shared tools, templates, and strategic frameworks. Share learnings with teammates, seek feedback, and contribute to a collaborative and high-performing strategy team.
Preferred Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Applied Science, or a related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training.
  • 3+ years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, investment banking, corporate finance, business operations, business development, analytics, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting strategic projects or workstreams through research, analysis, synthesis, and development of recommendations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to structure questions, work with quantitative and qualitative data, and identify meaningful insights.
  • Working knowledge of market analysis, financial modeling, forecasting, KPI development, and business-case support.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to create clear, accurate, and leadership-ready presentations.
  • Solid project management and organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple deliverables, coordinate inputs, and meet deadlines in a matrixed environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work while maintaining perspective on the broader strategic question.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively, incorporate feedback, build trust, and influence through facts and clear thinking.
  • Curiosity, learning agility, initiative, and comfort working through ambiguity and evolving priorities.
  • Proficiency with Keynote or similar presentation tools and with spreadsheet-based analysis.
  • Experience in apparel, footwear, retail, sport, consumer products, or another consumer-facing industry is preferred; passion for sport, athletes, consumers, and products is a plus.
