Job summary

You will meet with advisors in offices or remotely, develop content and programs to drive profitability, and manage relationships to support firm initiatives.

Travel about 20% is required; a Bachelor's degree is required with 3–5 years in financial services or consulting. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in financial services, practice management, or business consulting.
• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• FINRA licenses preferred (Series 7/6/65/66/63).
• Excellent written and verbal communication and professionalism.
• Ability to self-direct, manage time, and work independently or in a team.
• Willingness to travel about 20%.

Responsibilities

• Assess businesses and advise on strategy, human capital, marketing, and financial management.
• Conduct client meetings in offices, home offices, and via calls/webinars.
• Develop programs to drive organic growth, scale, and profitability.
• Manage third-party relationships supporting the team’s initiatives.
• Drive adoption of Kestra platforms to boost efficiency and growth.
• Oversee client engagements with project management and relationship management.
• Provide succession planning and M&A support to advisors.
