Dreyer’s Grand Ice Cream, Inc. seeks a results-driven sales professional to drive net sales to goal across Brookshire Grocery and regional accounts in the Med West, North East and South East United States.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and be proactive in identifying customer issues, recommending solutions, and executing effectively to ensure resolution.
• Proven track record in building effective relationships with customers and internal associates.
• Strong negotiating skills to create win-win outcomes for the company and customer.
• Diligence and ability to follow through on commitments with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to achieve performance goals with minimal direction and supervision.
• Forecasting skills and data research from internal reporting sources (IRI, PowerBI, Numertor, Kwikee, Run Report, Trade Rate Report).
• Experience working with Brookshire Grocery is preferred.
• Experience in the Ice Cream category is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell, negotiate, and execute business plans with Brookshire Grocery and regional accounts in the Med West, North East and South East U.S.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the customer and drive promotions.
• Create item presentations with data to hold and gain shelf space; forecast by category.
• Negotiate monthly promotions and ensure policy compliance.
• Manage trade spend and maintain good customer relations.
• Provide feedback to improve retail execution and store-level experiences.
• Monitor competition to protect exclusivity and optimize opportunities.
• Maintain reporting, promotion calendars, and forecast volume.
