• 5+ years in customer-facing sales or category management in CPG.
• Experience with distributors; frozen distributors a plus.
• Commercial mindset, collaboration, self-starter, results-driven.
• Retail sales experience a plus.
• Proficiency with data and insights from multiple sources.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute frozen promotions with distributor partners.
• Create data-driven distribution presentations.
• Forecast by distributor and category.
• Negotiate promotional programs and allocations.
• Ensure pricing compliance and trade investment ROI.
