Job summary

The position involves collaboration across teams, emergency response duties and a commitment to safety and continuous improvement. Hybrid work is available, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High School/GED diploma.
• Two years related work experience in a similar role.
• Ability to work hybrid schedule and after-hours emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Maintains excellent customer service to operations, management and customers.
• Collaborates with other work groups to ensure the desired customer experience.
• Dispatches daily work to field performers and tracks work to meet timelines.
• Ensures accurate billing, invoicing and expenses are processed timely.
• Supports emergency response and storm restoration efforts.
• Uses Word, Excel and PowerPoint to prepare reports and presentations.
