DeKalb County School District is seeking an experienced Strategist, Lead Grant to champion district messaging and strengthen partnerships with schools, local governments, and community organizations. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Public Administration, Community Development, or a related field is required.
Minimum of three (3) years in community engagement, public affairs, or strategic outreach.

Responsibilities

Serves as liaison to business leaders, local officials, neighborhoods, and nonprofits.
Represent DCSD at community and civic meetings and events.
Establishes and maintains partnerships with local organizations.
Designs and executes community outreach campaigns to inform and engage residents.
Leads DCSD presence at community festivals, faith-based and civic events.
Captures and shares student/staff/district achievements with communications to inform stakeholders.
Develops and implements an annual community engagement strategy aligned with district goals.
Gathers and analyzes community feedback to inform leadership decisions.
