Job summary

Quest Diagnostics Foundation seeks a Manager of Grants & Operations to oversee the full grant lifecycle—from intake to award, reporting, and closeout. You will serve as the primary contact for grantees, ensuring accessible, responsive, and relationship-centered engagement throughout each grantmaking cycle.

You will maintain data integrity and drive continuous improvement in our grantmaking systems, including Smartsheet and our grants management system (GMS).

Qualifications

• Experience managing the grant lifecycle from intake to closeout.
• Ability to ensure data accuracy and drive process improvements.
• Strong collaboration with internal teams and external grantees.
