Job summary

Resources Legacy Fund is seeking a Director of Grants Management to provide strategic direction and oversight for our grants management function, processing ~1,000 outgoing grants and ~ $90 million annually across entities. You will lead a team of about 20, shaping policies, templates, and procedures with a focus on compliance and transparency.

The role emphasizes nimbleness with grantees and donors, develops staff capabilities, and partners with Legal, Finance, and other leaders to ensure

Qualifications

• Experience directing grants management in a multi-entity foundation.
• 3–5 years supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of grantmaking best practices.
• Experience with grants systems optimization.
• Ability to translate complex concepts to business terms.
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Oversee grantmaking systems and improve efficiency and transparency.
