Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume extramural activity from federal, state, and private sources.
• Ability to apply advanced financial and accounting principles using spreadsheets/databases.
• Experience preparing budgets for extramural funds per guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage pre-award and post-award extramural activity and budgets.
• Monitor funds monthly and produce quarterly reports for PIs.
• Ensure compliance with agency regulations and university policies.
• Coordinate with UCLA systems and department units; communicate findings clearly.
• Conduct special projects as needed.
