Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• At least two years of relevant grant experience.
• Proven success in securing private, corporate and government grants.
• Strong analytical and persuasive writing with excellent editing skills.
• Ability to convey complex information clearly and manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional grant teams to submit proposals and reports.
• Research and prepare government, private, and corporate foundation proposals and LOIs.
• Manage contract compliance and file maintenance for grants and reporting schedules.
• Monitor grant proposals and prepare follow-up reports for funders.
• Support fundraising efforts and maintain relationships with funders.
