Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Accounting or Business and/or 3 years in business or governmental agency.
• Knowledge of NC governmental purchasing rules and regulations.
• Experience with procurement and accounting practices.

Responsibilities

• Procure supplies, fixed assets, facility improvements, and professional services in accordance with laws and policies.
• Process purchase orders and manage contracts with vendors and leases.
• Maintain central supply database and assist staff with online purchases; support budget alignment.
• Assist auditors during fiscal audits and back up AP as needed.
