Qualifications

• Experience with government and commercial procurement; knowledge of FAR/DFAR/ITAR.

Responsibilities

• Manage RFQ/RFP process and contracts for government and commercial programs.
• Evaluate bids to obtain best value based on price, delivery, quality.
• Use MRP, PeopleSoft, and supplier rating systems.
• Ensure compliance with FAR/DFAR/ITAR and import/export controls.
• Track POs and resolve discrepancies with receiving and accounting.
• Meet established goals and mitigate risk with suppliers.
