The successful candidate will negotiate terms with suppliers, manage relationships, monitor performance, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within a dynamic, regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 6+ years of related experience, or 10+ years without a degree.
• 8+ years in Procurement and/or Subcontracts with familiarity in contracts, supplier management and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end procurement lifecycle: sourcing, bidding, price/contract negotiations, and supplier performance management.
• Lead negotiations on pricing, terms, delivery schedules, and obligations to maximize value.
• Develop and maintain strategic supplier relationships to ensure supply chain stability and continuous improvement.
