Job summary

OCHIN is a nonprofit leader in health care innovation with a national provider network and a strong focus on rural and underserved communities. The Executive, Government Partnerships leads strategic partnerships with federal and state governments and aligns opportunities with OCHIN’s mission.

The role requires a senior, entrepreneurial, collaborative leader with a track record in public-sector engagement, health IT, and business development. Remote work with national travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of leadership in government partnerships or related fields.
• Proven executive-level partnerships with government agencies or health stakeholders.
• Experience with grants, contracts, procurements, or cooperative agreements.
• Strong understanding of federal/state health IT and Medicaid environments.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, negotiation, and relationship skills.
• Willingness to travel nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute federal/state government partnership strategy.
• Build executive-level relationships with agencies and public-sector partners.
• Identify opportunities aligning with OCHIN’s mission and priorities.
