Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor’s or Graduate degree with relevant experience; extensive knowledge of FAR/DFARS/ITAR and strong negotiation and documentation skills are essential. Travel may be required and security screening is possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience.
• Graduate Degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.

Responsibilities

• Preparing, negotiating, and administering a large volume of contracts for various customers.
• Ensuring contract acquisition and fulfillment in accordance with FAR, DFARS and ITAR.
• Reviewing RFPs and preparing proposals including engineering changes.
• Negotiating terms and defining activities; risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
• Collaborating with customers, management, and program teams to secure approvals and execution.
• Serving as point of contact for the customer during all phases of a program.
• Generating and maintaining contract documentation.
