Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) is seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee and maintain all current agreements, while negotiating and finalizing new contracts to optimize terms and ensure compliance with government requirements.

You will provide cradle-to-grave contract administration for federal contracts, interact with Business Development, Client Success, and HR teams, and aim to mitigate risks through proactive contract management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years' experience managing various contract types and solicitations.
• Knowledge of Federal contracting guidelines.
• 3+ years supporting Federal clients.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a federal government security clearance.
• Proficiency with MS Outlook, Excel and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure overall contract compliance for assigned tasks per requirements and laws.
• Lead and coordinate proposal and award activities throughout contract lifecycle.
• Review complex contract actions and implement plans to address risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with BD, Client Success, and HR teams on contract challenges.
• Serve as SME for contracts and ensure compliance with obligations.
• Provide cradle-to-grave contract administration for government contracts.
• Enter contract data accurately into systems and resolve discrepancies.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
