LexisNexis Legal & Professional, part of RELX, is seeking a Government Contracts Specialist for our Dayton, Ohio hybrid office. You will own government contracting vehicles, manage lifecycle events, and coordinate with Sales, Pricing, Compliance, Legal, Finance, Operations, and Product teams to deliver compliant, commercially viable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship management with customers and stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Own government contract vehicles including the GSA Multiple Award Schedule and FEDLINK; manage related contractual relationships.
• Manage the full lifecycle of contracts from initial awards through renewals, amendments, and closeout.
• Maintain comprehensive calendars for expiration, renewal windows, reporting deadlines, and milestones.
• Proactively initiate renewals and modifications to prevent lapses in coverage.
• Maintain accurate contract files, pricing schedules, and related records.
• Ensure contract information is reflected in internal systems and customer-facing procurement platforms.
• Partner with Sales, Pricing, Compliance, Legal, Finance, Operations, and Product teams to support contract administration.
• Identify and resolve contract-related issues before they affect customers or the business.
