Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Experience managing government contracts and vehicles.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Attention to detail and rigorous compliance.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional collaboration across Sales, Pricing, Compliance, Legal, Finance, Operations, and Product.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary owner for federal/state government contract vehicles (GSA MAS, FEDLINK, state MSAs) and related purchasing programs.
• Manage the full lifecycle of contracts: awards, modifications, renewals, extensions, amendments, pricing updates and closeout.
• Maintain comprehensive contract files, documentation, and pricing schedules.
• Ensure contract information is accurately reflected in internal systems and customer platforms.
• Collaborate with Sales, Pricing, Compliance, Legal, Finance, Operations, and Product to support objectives.
• Proactively identify and resolve contract-related issues to prevent disruptions.
