You will own federal/state government contract vehicles, ensuring compliance, commercial viability, and alignment with business goals while coordinating with Sales, Pricing, Compliance, Legal, and Finance teams.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary business owner for assigned federal and state government contract vehicles, including GSA MAS, FEDLINK, state MSAs, and other strategic purchasing vehicles.
• Manage the full lifecycle of assigned contracts from awards to renewals and closeout.
• Maintain a comprehensive calendar of contract expirations, renewals, deadlines and milestones.
• Initiate renewals and modifications to prevent lapses in contract coverage.
• Maintain accurate contract files, correspondence, pricing schedules, and related records.
• Ensure contract information is reflected in internal systems and procurement platforms.
• Partner with Sales, Pricing, Compliance, Legal, Finance, Operations, and Product teams.
• Identify and resolve contract-related issues before they impact customers or the business.
