Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field or equivalent experience; Master's preferred.
• PMP, CAPM, or Scrum Master certification preferred.
• 5–10 years of experience on projects/programs supporting Government Contracts.

Responsibilities

• Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
• Interfaces with end users, IT support, and client services.
• Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews deliverables.
• Manages vendor tasks and reviews vendor deliverables.
• Directs analysis and solution proposals for project issues.
• Provides general administrative oversight, time accounting, financial tracking, and inventory management.
• Prepares and approves SOPs, protocols, and technical documentation.
• Builds relationships with team members, vendors, clients, and other departments.
• May assist in small proposals or support major bids.
