ASM Research is seeking a junior project analyst to support government contracts, assist in writing, updating, and submitting contract deliverables and monthly reports, and monitor tasks, budgets, and risks. The role involves coordinating with government customers and partners, maintaining project documents, and ensuring schedules comply with CMMI/AIMM standards.

Candidates typically have an associate degree and 0–2 years experience; strong communication and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent experience. Bachelor's Degree preferred in Business or related field or equivalent relevant experience.
• 0-2 years of experience working on projects/programs supporting Government Contracts.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical staff; ability to build collaborative relationships at all levels.

Responsabilités

• Conduct detailed analyses of project functions and work processes to improve efficiency.
• Use qualitative and quantitative skills to assess project operations.
• Maintain project management documents and write/update/submit contract deliverables.
• Track and report on project risks; recommend changes to reduce risks.
• Ensure adherence to project schedule, scope, and budget.
• Confirm compliance with CMMI/AIMM processes and collect metrics.
• Communicate with government customers and partners to discuss status and updates.
• Collaborate with team to ensure project success and customer satisfaction.
