Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in public or business administration, political science, environmental or earth sciences, engineering, or related field.
• Two years of professional experience in legislative analysis or policy-related work.
• Experience in water/wastewater compliance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, analyze, and interpret federal, state, and local legislation and policy affecting the Agency.
• Prepare legislative summaries, position papers, and policy materials; coordinate staff reviews.
• Support engagement with legislators, agencies, and stakeholders; assist with Board presentations.
• Track agendas, evaluate funding opportunities, and participate in committees and forums.
