Tenacious Solutions, LLC is seeking an Acquisition Specialist onsite in Dahlgren, VA, requiring active TS/SCI clearance. You will lead strategic acquisition activities for a DoD-focused program, interfacing with government leadership and cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of federal contracting experience, DAWIA/FAC-C III, and strong communication and analytical skills. Salary range spans $140k–$170k with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Teams).
• Strong analytical and statistical capabilities.
• 8+ years federal contracting experience, preferably with DoD.
• DAWIA or FAC-C level III certification.
• Extensive experience on large, complex programs (>$100M).

Responsibilities

• Lead government client in requirements review and acquisition strategy development.
• Review requirements documents for adequacy and make recommendations.
• Prepare solicitations, acquisition plans, source selection plans and related documents.
• Develop requirements documents (PWS, evaluation factors, performance plans).
• Prepare contract actions (contracts, BPAs, IDIQs) and related documents.
• Respond to FOIA requests and protest actions.
• Advise government on full life-cycle acquisitions as SME.
