Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in governance, risk and controls.
• Advanced knowledge of governance, risk and control procedures, strategies and tactics.
• Knowledge of current and emerging risk trends and mitigation.
• Experience managing budgets and resources; mentoring and performance management.
• Ability to lead complex, cross‑functional programs and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee risk councils, committees and governance forums; coordinate agendas and follow‑ups.
• Prepare and distribute materials; document key discussions and decisions for accountability.
• Lead and coach practitioners and executives, align priorities with enterprise strategy.
• Partner with leadership to manage risk exposure and regulatory changes across functions.
• Forecast initiatives, prioritize portfolio activities, and manage cross‑functional programs.
