Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Contributes to strategic direction of governance and control function and helps develop risk strategies.
• Develops and documents a comprehensive inventory of processes and controls with defined owners.
• Participates in regulation intake and impact assessment for business lines.
• Reviews end-to-end processes and connects control deficiencies across business units.
• Leads policies and procedure execution across multiple functional areas.
• Acts as SME, guiding complex situations and advising senior management.
• Interacts with industry and enterprise partners to identify risks and drive improvements.
