Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or technical certificate with 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Advanced knowledge of risk management governance, programs, policies, practices, and reporting.
• Knowledge of risk management environment, standards, regulations, and mitigation.
• Ability to lead, plan, implement, and evaluate program activities to ensure completion of initiatives.
• Skill in mentoring and coaching.
• Advanced skill in using analytical software tools, data analysis methods and reporting techniques.

Responsibilities

• Leads governance standards, policies, and processes to identify and mitigate risk exposures.
• Proactively analyzes risks and escalates key issues to executive review with action plans.
• Coordinates governance activities across committees, chairs, and stakeholders.
• Provides governance documentation and facilitates information flow among governance bodies.
