Akiak Family of Companies seeks a Proposal Manager/Writer with 5+ years GovCon proposal experience to drive end-to-end captures and submissions. You will draft narratives, manage compliance, and coordinate inputs from technical teams, Finance, HR, and leadership to ensure polished, compelling, and compliant proposals.

Approximately 70-80% writing/management and 20-30% process support and coordination, with a focus on GWACs like GSA MAS, NASA SEWP, and OASIS+. U.S. citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of GovCon proposal writing and end-to-end proposal management.
• Experience managing or supporting federal proposals under GWACs including GSA MAS, NASA SEWP and OASIS+.
• College degree in Business, IT, or related field; ability to edit technical content into compliant narratives.
• Strong written/verbal communication and cross-functional collaboration across Finance, HR, Contracts, and leadership.
• U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsabilités

• Manage or support full proposal lifecycle from planning to submission for primes and subs.
• Lead submissions for RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, technical responses, and grant applications with timely delivery.
• Develop compliance matrices, outlines, schedules, and response templates with internal teams and partners.
• Draft and refine narratives, executive summaries, and past performance inputs using approved templates and tools.
• Support pipeline development, opportunity tracking, and proposal readiness with leadership.
• Coordinate inputs from technical, Finance, HR, Contracts, and other stakeholders; escalate risks as needed.
• Apply knowledge of GWAC/MAS vehicles to align strategy with vehicle-specific compliance.
