Job summary

Patriot Group International LLC is seeking an experienced Program Control Analyst (Mid-Level) to join the finance team in Herndon, VA. This role is hybrid with an in-office and remote balance, and focuses on program forecasting, cost management, and funding visibility across multiple government contracts.

The ideal candidate will own EACs, forecasts, and variance analyses, work with Program Managers to keep programs financially healthy, and support audits including DCAA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or closely related field.
• Five-plus years of program/project control or financial analysis experience supporting a U.S. Government contractor.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and forecasting models.
• Experience with Smartsheet or ability to learn quickly.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and analyze estimates at completion and forecasts to support program financial management.
• Manage forecasts and financial performance for multiple programs with FFP, T&M, and Cost-Plus contracts.
• Establish and monitor charge numbers; track costs and process transfers.
• Track funding status across contracts and identify funding risks.
• Lead monthly project reviews with Program Managers and explain variances.
