Job summary

Patriot Group International LLC (PGI) is seeking a Mid-Level Program Control Analyst to join its finance team in Herndon, VA on a hybrid schedule. The role focuses on program forecasting, cost management, and funding visibility across multiple contracts (FFP, T&M, Cost-Plus), with a strong emphasis on accuracy and compliance.

You will build and maintain EACs and forecasts, manage budgets, prepare financial reports, support audits (including DCAA), and present insights to Program Managers to keep

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or closely related field.
• 5+ years of program/project control or financial analysis experience supporting a U.S. Government contractor.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with Smartsheet or ability to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and analyze Estimates at Completion (EACs), forecasts and variance analyses.
• Manage forecasts and financial performance for multiple programs and contract types.
• Establish and manage charge numbers, monitor actual costs against budgets, and process cost transfers.
• Track funding status across contracts and task orders and flag funding shortfalls.
• Lead monthly project reviews with Program Managers and present financial performance.
• Build and maintain Excel models and Smartsheet dashboards for forecasts and reporting.
• Prepare and deliver contractually required financial reports and customer deliverables.
• Monitor revenue and profit recognition for compliance with accounting standards.
