Job summary

MoonLake is seeking a Government Pricing & Rebate Operations Lead to establish, manage, and oversee all government pricing systems and rebate processing.

This role will lead vendor relationships (Eversana, Integrichain, Riparian) and partner with finance, legal, and access strategy to ensure compliant post-commercial pricing obligations.

From pre-launch to post-launch, you will drive MDRP readiness, 340B setup, state price reporting, SOP development, data governance, and revenue integrity.

Qualifications

• 7 years of U.S. government pricing or pharma revenue management experience.
• Experience managing rebate processing and GP compliance vendors.
• Strong knowledge of AMP, BP, URA, 340B, and Medicaid/Medicare pricing.
• Familiarity with state price transparency laws and disclosures.
• Excellent project management and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Vendor selection and onboarding for GP operations and SLA definition.
• Prepare for MDRP readiness including AMP, BP, URA calculations.
• Support 340B eligibility setup and ceiling price establishment.
• Develop state price transparency systems for CA, OR, NV, VT.
• Create SOPs for pricing data flows and rebate calculations.
• Collaborate with finance on GTN forecasting and revenue recognition.
• Oversee CMS submissions of AMP, BP, URA values.
• Ensure audit readiness and data governance for pricing data.
