Job summary

MoonLake Immunotherapeutics is seeking a Government Pricing & Rebate Operations Lead to establish and oversee pricing systems, rebate processing, and state price reporting. You will manage vendor relationships and coordinate with finance, legal, and access strategy to ensure compliant post-commercial obligations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Advanced degree (MSc, MBA, PhD, PharmD, or MD) strongly preferred
• 7+ years of experience in U.S. government pricing, rebate operations, or pharma revenue management
• Experience managing vendors and outsourced providers of rebate processing and GP compliance (e.g., Eversana, Integrichain, Riparian)
• Strong understanding of AMP, BP, URA, 340B, and Medicaid/Medicare Part D pricing and rebate mechanics

Responsibilities

• Vendor and platform selection and oversight for GP operations
• Prepare for MDRP participation including AMP, BP, URA calculations
• Assist 340B program setup and compliance
• Manage state price transparency and price disclosure
• Develop and document SOPs for pricing data flows, submissions, and rebate calculations
• Collaborate with finance on GTN forecasting and revenue recognition
• Ensure integration of GP and rebate systems with ERP and other systems
• Conduct end-to-end testing of government pricing systems and rebates workflows
• Provide training on GP policies and embed compliance controls in launch operations
• Oversee CMS submissions, rebate validation, and audit readiness
• Monitor 340B transactions and price transparency obligations
• Lead vendor oversight with KPIs and SLAs
• Maintain data governance and audit trails
• Reconcile GTN with actual rebate and chargeback activity
• Support lifecycle expansion for new indications or label changes
